All consultations are 1:1 and are offered in-person (Glenfinnan) and online (UK wide). Initial consultations are 90 minutes for exploring your health in-depth, including previous medical history, nutrition and lifestyle. Follow-up appointments are then offered either on a regular basis or ad-hoc to provide you with ongoing support, guidance and to update your herbal prescriptions. Acute appointments are short consultations for coughs, colds or minor injures.

Fees & COSTS
I believe in plant medicine and healthcare being available to all. Consultations are therefore offered on a sliding scale to increase access to care and improve our health as a collective. Herbal medicine prescriptions are a fixed price, but please just get in touch if any of these costs create a barrier for you.

- Generally meet your basic needs
- Can sometimes afford non-essentials, a trip, meal out, new clothes, but need to plan ahead for them
- Have some expendable income but need to budget carefully

PRESCRIPTION costs
Herbal medicines are charged separately to consultations, at a fixed price. The price of medicine does do not relate to the above tiers. If these costs are a barrier to receiving treatment then please just get in touch.
