MEET YOUR HERBALIST

I am Heather Meadows, a fully qualified and NIMH registered medical herbalist, graduating from Heartwood Education with distinction. I live on the Scottish West Coast offering 1:1 consultations both in-person and online (nationwide) alongside making bespoke herbal prescriptions and soon to be holding community workshops.

My practice is deeply rooted in traditional plant knowledge and integrated with scientific, medical research and practice. I provide a holistic and person-centred approach for supporting your physical and emotional health and offer a fully inclusive space; receiving all individuals without judgement. You are welcome to simply come as you are.

Plant medicine is the medicine of the people and I believe in sharing plant wisdom with the community, for supporting and improving our health as a collective. Finances shouldn’t be a barrier to you receiving care. Please see my sliding scale prices or just get in touch.

Mayflower Herbals blends Herbal Medicine with my Masters in Conservation Ecology. Our health is inherently interwoven with the integrity of the earth and its multi-species communities. This is why I believe in radical reciprocity – tending to community and earth as a way of also tending to self. I am here to help you tend to you.

Through shifting our mindset from ‘consumers’ to ‘caretakers’ may we begin, as a collective, to support the health of the whole ecosystem, while reconnecting our bodies and minds to natural rhythms and our ancient traditions, rooted in earth connection.
